"The many movements one has to do to achieve balance, they meet on this place between weakness and strength. There’s plenty rupturing, stretching, remaking, all in order to achieve a new form. Watching it from an upper view, humans move in similar ways to water, seen as molecule the human experience turns into liquid form. Our resemblance to what is us but on a macro vision, our closeness to everything holy and all the ways that we desperately run away from it. Tao is a Chinese vision of the structured balance of energy in one being. Afro-Brazilians and Indigenous people have many words and works for the soul, from rituals to dances all in order to achieve this same space of flow. We move as emotions do, we stretch and rupture and remake in order to exist. This painting is an offer to this eternal dance of emotions. A place, a mirror for it to observe itself." - Samuel de Saboia
