Intermittently superimposed and erased, distinct images inspired by such chance sources as Truman Capote, Chuck Palahniuk, Philip Guston and a guide to Mushrooms of the Rocky Mountain Region, configure into luminous outlines of figures and landscapes. Unfolding slowly in our vision, Ededéen’s paintings map out multitudinous connections and associations, reflecting on the unconscious and the workings of human thought.
